Terms & Conditions

The terms "I" and "me" refers to you the paying member of 'Amico' Events and the term "We" refers to the owner of The Personal Touch. 'Amico' Events is part of The Personal Touch Company.

1) I declare that I am not in any kind of relationship with anybody at this present time.

2)If I am found to be in a relationship or start a relationship whilst still a member of 'Amico' Events, my membership will automatically be cancelled.

3)Should my behaviour be inappropriate at any event or activity held by 'Amico' Events, we reserve the right to cancel your membership.

4)If I wish to cancel my membership, then I will give 28 days wriiten notice either by letter or e-mail.

5)The total cost for each event or activity is in addition to my monthly membership fee and, must be paid at least 4 weeks before the event or activity I wish to attend.

 6)If I pay for an event or activity and need to cancel it through own personal choice, then the following refund policy applies:-

Cancellation 4 weeks prior to event = 100% refund

Cancellation 2 weeks prior to event = 50% refund

Cancellation 1 week prior to event = no refund

If we need to cancel an event that has been paid for by yourself, you will receive a full refund.

7)All activities are undertaken at my own risk. The Personal Touch offers no personal life insurance for me. Before participating in any extreme sports, I will check my own life/accidental life insurance covers me. The Personal Touch is not liable for any damages or accdents that may occur as a result of my participation in any event or activity.
